Good quality photo in a really beautiful frame. I’m so happy with my order, and it arrived at my door within a week of ordering. The only part I did not like is that the backing of the frame is paper so in order to take the photo out you have to rip into it rather than remove it like most frame backings.

Quality work, professional results
Try as I would, I could not adequately print and frame my collage without some issue. Either the frame cut off some of the images or trying to shrink to correct distorted things. Enter Keepsake and all was resolved with the results I expected. I would highly recommend this service. Don’t was time (and money)...get it done right the first time through this service!

Awesome customer service
I ordered a print and wanted it bigger but the resolution was low so I ordered a smaller size. I got an unsolicited email from Hannah asking about my print I told her I loved it but was disappointed I couldn’t order it in a larger size, she adjusted the resolution and sent me the updated picture and I was able to order it immediately. Recent picture experience
I recently ordered two framed pictures after the loss of our family dog. As many know, losing a pet is a horrible experience and the period of emptiness after the loss is awkward and difficult. I ordered my pictures the day after our loss and in less than a week had the most amazing framed pictures on my door step. The speed and ease of the process was amazing. This is a super easy to use app with great selection of frames with and without mattes. I also ordered a canvas that turned out nicely. The 4 stars is only because the cost for these are on the pricey side. Since I have some satisfactory local places I’ve used for canvas photos whose prices and discounts are competitive, I probably won’t use them so much for those again. However the framed photos are great when you’re in a pinch for a nicely matted photo to display or give as a gift without the hassle of printing and shopping for a frame locally. Especially to do with larger photos which are sometimes more of a hassle to frame without dragging a photo with you. They’re a fabulous one stop shop for photo development/framing needs 😃

My keepsake experience
The process of getting my keepsakes was about as easy as one could hope for. I just chose my two favorite photos from my iPhone collection and placed the order. The pictures in frames arrived in timely fashion. The frames are simple and there is nothing unique about them, but it was worth it to me because I never would have gotten around to getting those pictures framed on my own. I love the ability for a touch button order.

We went to Hawaii for our 25th and took some gorgeous pictures. I stumbled upon the keepsake app and gave it a try. I picked my two favorites and used keepsakes filter choices to make the pictures look even better. I chose my cool frames and size of the enlargement and with a click it was being prepared. A Gem of an app
I stumbled on this app on Facebook. And I’m so glad I did. This is an easy to use app that produces beautiful framed pictures. I was able to select and edit the picture, pick a wide variety of styles( black and white, sunny, etc) and then pick from a wide selection of frames for my finished product. Really remarkable. My order was delivered very quickly and the quality and workmanship is top notch. And the best part? It’s totally affordable. In the past I’ve spent more for a frame and I had to do the work framing. Family photo
First I’d like to think keepsakes for their quality of frames and the quality prints of the photos. The process was easy anyone can do it as long as you’re able to upload a photo and hit the send button you have no issues. I would say the product came back as I expected and the quality was great. It was great to see the product come in sooner than expected nicely wrapped to keep from being damaged and the workmanship was great. The templates make it easy to figure out what type of Photo and what frame to use and design. I would recommend this product to others and to my family if you looking for good quality reprints and quality framing. The pricing was reasonable for these types of products compared to others. This was my first purchase. I bought the canvas 16x20 photo for a present and told my friend to FaceTime me so I could see her reaction and see what the canvas looked like. She was surprised and fell in love with the gift! On the day the package was delivered it was raining, but the canvas was still in great shape. The packaging was great and I love how each canvas is made by hand. The other great touch is the card. Make sure to add a picture because the card could be a momento too! Keepsake will send you an email to help you track your package and gives you updated. They made and delivered the canvas in 5-7 business days as promised. The special touch I really appreciated was the follow up email that was sent to me directly to verify my satisfaction. The email wasn't generic (at least it didn't seem like it was) and when I responded, I got another personal reply back. Great customer service is hard to find now-a-days, but Keepsake is everything you need: great quality, selection, prices, and customer service. Keep it up!!!

Bad Customer Service
Update at bottom: I ordered a port frame. It arrived and I loved it so much, I ordered the same photo to be printed in the ballast frame. When the ballast frame arrived there were gaps in the corners of the frame, marring from the tools they used, and the cork on the back was protruding to where you could see it from the front. I sent pictures and they immediately sent me a replacement that was also damaged. There was a dent in the frame, and there was a bubble in the paint of the frame. They said it was not significant enough that they would replace it, because they said I would be unhappy with it as well. If you sent me good product to begin with I wouldn’t be unhappy. How was I completely happy with the port frame and not the ballast frames? It was bad product, bad craftsmanship, and bad quality control. Not to mention bad customer service. I loved my port frame, and looked forward to buying many more framed photos from this company, but the bad customer service, and somehow making it my fault that I’m unhappy with the terrible quality of both ballast frames...you have lost my business. I did received a refund for the ballast frame, only after I asked for it.

Easy to use but not the best quality photo prints
I should have read some of the negative reviews before making my purchase. The frame is a good quality but the photo print is not great- dark and blurry. I reached out to customer service and they were nice and responsive, but didn’t offer to do much. Unlike some other companies, there was no alert if my photo was not high enough resolution (it should have been fine). Basically, with so much competition in this area, I expect a better product.

The picture I uploaded was put to canvas and they folded it over the top cutting off the top of my head. When I contacted them, they said the print whatever is sent to them which I understood, BUT they could have simply replied to us and said we need another pic that would allow clearance.. but nope I have received the chopped off head and it now remains in closet. I paid $45 or so for a framed photo of my family. When it arrived the frame was well done just like all the other frames I’ve ordered from them but the print was dark and blurry. I was disappointed but imagine my dismay when I asked how to return it and was told they won’t take it back! All I wanted was a new print in the frame, seems easy enough but apparently that’s asking to much. The customer service at this company needs some serious work or they can forget about having me as a customer.

I love this service. I’ve often wondered why I can’t order regular picture prints straight from my Photos app until I stumbled upon Keepsake’s well placed Instagram ad and it all came together. I purchased a Fresco distressed silver hanging frame and had a picture of my dog put in from vacation in August. The frame was of superior quality. You could definitely tell it was hand made. Came with hardware to hang and a strong wire mount, not the normal junk you buy at the stores. Good issue is they make it, print your photo and put it all together and send it to you very quickly for the price of the junk in the store. Will be our go to for photo framing now.

I have only good things to say about this Keepsake app. It was better than I actually expected from a company that is up and coming. I ordered a photo of my cat which was taken from my iPhone and had it put on a canvas. The finished product seemed so lifelike. Got compliments from friends and family on how wonderful it looks. PROS: Quality Photos and Frames, Impeccable Customer Service and Support. Reasonable prices. A small company based in the USA. CONS: At the current time there is not a phone number to call for customer questions or support, only email. However, I got immediate replies to all my concerns. So no need to worry. Just a suggestion to give people more contact options.

99% of this app is the best. Easy to use, great results, quick response and very affordable. I love the look of the finished prints and frames. My only tiny complaint is the fact that you have to figure out for yourself that you can only order one frame at a time on mobile devices. Had to email customer service and be told to use their website on my iMac in order to purchase multiple frames. I think this is something they should add to the app's description so people know. Of course I may have missed that if it was there but Indid look hard. Other than that tiny glitch, this is my go to site for future framed prints. Nice job.

Terrific experience
Quick and friendly service. Fantastic product. These days it's hard to justify spending the money to have someone else print and frame your photos with the level of DIY equipment available. However, I had some particularly special pics we had done recently and I really wanted to have them done right and that is exactly what I got with Keepsake. Yes, it is more money than I might spend doing this myself but there is no way I could ever produce the quality of product I received. I am very happy with my purchase and I plan to order more. I did a test run with a few 4x6 photos and now know that it is well worth the money to go ahead and treat the other pictures from our family photo shoot with this same respect. Great app!
After moving I wanted to frame my wedding pictures but kept not having time to do so. Keepsake made it easy! While lounging on the sofa I just uploaded the picture from my phone and that was it! One of the best in-app purchase apps ever
I was lucky enough to find out about Keepsake last week. I was looking for a birthday gift for my father, which is in September, so I figured I'd order it early and keep it in the closet till his special day. Selecting a photo is super easy to do on Keepsake. Adjusting it and selecting what size frame you'd like is super simple too! The cheapest frame is I think $15 or $20 dollars. I went with a $25 dollar frame. It's white and rustic looking. It has a very Americana appeal about it. Like something you'd find at a farm house in Iowa or Nebraska or maybe a cottage in Cape Cod. I decided on using my fathers parents Wedding photo from the thirties. The original was in sepia but Keepsake allowed me to go with a Black and White option. Super easy to set up. After ordering, it shipped and arrived in about three or four days. It looks so good I couldn't keep it in storage and gave it to my dad early to just enjoy regardless of the occasion. If that weren't enough, Keepsake emailed me with a friendly customer service message asking me if I was happy with their product and service. I thought this was an especially nice touch. Not many online companies offer that kind of service anymore. Also remember that Keepsake frames are made and assembled, right here in the USA. West Virginia, I think. While I could have definitely just used Walgreens to print out the photo and picked up a five dollar frame myself, the high quality, real customer care and flat out, unbelievable job Keepsake did was worth the price and has made me into a customer for many years to come. I look forward to using them again and again!

Great quality and super easy process. The photos I chose weren't the best photos to frame but when I cropped it and chose black and white they made them a completely different photo like you'd think a professional took them. I like the option of canvas prints which is hard to find and the picture wraps around the edges which is a great touch. The preview of how the picture would look was spot on and I'm glad they advised me when I could not go any bigger with the canvas size because the picture was not clear enough or big enough. Shipping was fast and I got notifications throughout the process and a courtesy email after I received to make sure I liked them. Well done! Already told my family and friends how great this app is.

Overachievers!
I recently ordered a frame as a Mother's Day gift. The process of selecting a photo and a frame was made so incredibly easy by the use of this app I wasn't sure what to expect when it was delivered. When the item arrived I was overly impressed by their product and while the frame, photo and matting look amazing, it was the very small details that really set them apart. Our frame came with cork on the bottom rear to better position the way the frame hangs, the wire on the back is coated in plastic to protect our walls, the hardware to hang the frame was attached to the wire and the back of the frame has a protective covering, just like they do in the high end stores you pay 200% more for the same product. A true winner!

This is a great app/service. Frames are good quality and come with hanger kit and hanging wire pre-attached. I would only suggest more frame selections, but it's worth using this app. By the time you get a descent frame, wire and print in a store you spend the same money on Keepsake and it all free ships to your door. Great experience with Keepsake. I was sitting in a conference meeting in Honolulu when I saw their app. I downloaded it & played around framing some of the sunsets I had snapped. We. Love. This. Product. Why settle for a wallpaper display on your phone when you can have a piece of art? If only we had more wall space in our condo. The concept, framing pictures that you have on your phone, is simple and well executed. The small canvas prints are our favorite. They add a nice burst of color to our otherwise neutral walls. The delivery time, a week or less, suits us just fine. And the framed prints are just as nice. There is a choice of matted or non matted frames. It really is beautiful quality. The image is a little grainy, but it could be a lot worse. I thought it was going to be bigger, but thats my fault for not checking the dimensions with a ruler before ordering. My favorite part is the unique dimesions. It's a bit pricey to be ordering more than one item though. Wish I could. We just wanted a nice portrait of us from a recent vacation we went on. Prolly won't take another one for a while. I usually do not write reviews of services. But I decided to write about Keepsake. I have a ton of pictures from our recent trip to Ireland. I saw this app and decided to give it a test run. I accidentally stumbled upon keepsake via their sponsored post that appeared on my instagram feed. Within 10 minutes, I had downloaded their app and was placing my first order. Easy to use, it prompts user if the photo on your phone won't work for the selected frame size due to resolution, and directs you to a frame size that will work. Delivery is prompt and keepsake follows up once you receive the order (i received my follow up email within hours of receiving my order). The frame and matting are high quality, the print of the photo too (my photo was a photo OF a photo, no less). For those sitting on the fence, you will not be disappointed.

Great service for framed iPhone photos
I was looking into a bunch of different apps to print and frame an iPhone photo that someone had texted me. Some of the other apps didn't have the sizing that would work for the photo to come out clear and still be a nice size. Keepsake was really helpful because it let me know which sizes wouldn't be possible, and which ones would work. The app was easy to use and you can upload photos straight from your phone. I was skeptical before receiving my framed photo because I wasn't sure how grainy the photo would actually turn out, but it looks great! The framing looks excellent as well and it shipped quickly. Great Product!
Sure, you can spend the time trying to get your photos off of your phone (which app was it?), then print them out and chew through your printer cartridges printing photo quality prints. Then you can go to the TJMAXX and find some good/cheap frames and bring them home and spend time mounting the photos. Or you can use this excellent app, upload the photos you like, select the frames you like, and the printed photos, mounted on the frames, show up at your house a couple days later. Great idea!!

So happy with the finished product! I had sent the same photo that was very special to me to the two other most prominent online photo finishing/photo book companies and the photo came back blurry with a head cut out of the shot. I sent the same photo from my phone to Keepsake and it let me know the only size based on the photo's resolution I could print. I ordered and was so pleased when it showed up matted and framed with glass on the top and the back has the "frame store" finish with a paper cover and brackets holding the wire for hanging. Downloaded this app after seeing an ad for it on instagram, wasn't sure if I would ever really use it or not but it seemed like a cool idea. Sure enough, about a week later I was walking with my 2 year old son and we saw the most amazing rainbow. My two year old was so impressed he hasn't stopped saying "rainbow" for the past 2 weeks.
